Frequently asked questions
What happens in the case of a misbehaving horse?
Horses are horses! I'm very understanding and patient. I always recommend either a quick lunge or ride beforehand (without getting too sweaty or enough to leave marks) to help shake off any excess energy. Rescheduling is a possibility, otherwise I can always take what I can get!
Do you travel for photoshoots outside of Wisconsin?
Depending on where and why, I can! Northern Illinois and Eastern Iowa are the easiest for me to access. Travel over one hour may incur a travel fee.
What if the weather is bad?
I will always have enough time to reschedule to a different day. I will always try my best to work around the weather, but if you deem the weather too bad to shoot, there is no cancellation fee.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Our current turnaround time is between one and three weeks, depending on the volume of photos taken.
